  1. I am a Zen girl and a meditator and you’ve totally captured it. Well done! I also like the title of your blog–I have chosen to not use pictures on the posts on my blogs because I want people to focus on the word images.

  2. Thanks for your kind thoughts and words Cathy. I don’t manage meditation per se every day because of illness, but find a difference when I do. For the same reason I wanted to keep my blog short, and find the haiku form the most manageable for the moment. I look forward to reading more of yours, which I’m just finding and greatly liking
